Arabic copy review (priority keys)

Native Kuwaiti Arabic review for high-visibility strings. Structural i18n is key-complete (~22,923 keys in ar.json / en.json); this document tracks quality fixes.

Workflow

1. Reviewer fills Suggested AR for rows marked review.
2. Approved wording is merged into assets/translations/ar.json.
3. Re-run flutter test test/data/ smoke after bulk merges.

Safe scaffold fixes applied

• Mailbox form/admin keys added to ar.json with idiomatic Arabic (not English duplicates).
• Connect screen and admin UI use mailbox.* l10n keys (no hardcoded English).
